C&S Propiedades was born from a commitment to doing things right. More than a decade ago we saw how the lack of professionalism in brokerage and property management created frustration, losses and distrust. We decided to change that.
We started by managing our own properties and refining every process: tenant screening, presentation, maintenance and transparent management. That experience allowed us to build a service model that we now offer our clients: close, strategic and high-standard.
Our purpose is clear: to care for every property as if it were our own, ensuring profitability, order and peace of mind for owners and investors.

A journalist by training, with more than a decade in real estate through managing a portfolio of family properties. That experience gave her a deep understanding of management, legal processes and estate administration. Today she leads C&S Propiedades with a close, professional approach, guiding both investors and those looking for a new home with clarity, trust and real solutions.
Co-founder / Commercial Director
A commercial engineer with extensive experience in management, investment and project development. He combines strategic vision with practical, personalized management aimed at building trust and delivering real results. His goal is for every client to feel supported at every step, turning each lease or sale into a clear, secure and human experience.
